We want you to love your ROCT Outdoor Dog Gear and be happy with the form, fit and function of the product for both the owner and the dog. We realize however that sometimes a product isn’t going to fit perfectly on every size and shape dog. This is why we have the Get Rocked Guarantee to ensure that you are satisfied. If you are less than satisfied, we want to hear about it and we will do everything we can to make it right. Please see details below for two kinds of returns: Return for Refund and Return for Replacement.
Return for Refund
If you have purchased your product from one of our Authorized Retail Partners, please contact them directly regarding their return policy.
ROCT Outdoor offers refunds for unused products purchased directly through getROCT.com within a month of purchase. If seeking a return due to a product defect, please see below under Return for Replacement.
All returns for refund must be unused and in original packaging with all tags included in the return. Once we assess the returned product it will be refunded for the original amount if it is in good condition. Note, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any used, worn or damaged product. Used products will be shipped back to the consumers. Water bottles and stickers and non-returnable.
All refunds will be processed as a credit to the debit or credit card used at the time of purchase.
Return for Refund Instructions:
To return a product to ROCT Outdoor for refund:
- Pack product in original packaging or similar waterproof packaging.
- Include original packing slip and a note listing order number, your email and a reason for the return.
- Ship your item to:

Return for Replacement:
At ROCT Outdoor we have put in place a rigorous product design and quality assurance process to ensure that our products can stand up to any adventure you tackle with your dog. Our products are made to serve your needs for the long haul. If you find that you have a ROCT product that does not meet our standards, we want to hear about it and will do our best to make the situation right.
ROCT Outdoor warrants our product to be in good condition upon receipt and free from manufacturing defects for a period of thirty days from date of purchase. Products will be evaluated for one-time replacement. Please fill out our Return for Replacement form below so we can review your claim.
Please note, though ROCT Outdoor loves free shipping and ships our product free to customers in the lower 48, we are not responsible for the cost of inbound/return shipping. Please track your shipment as well. ROCT OUTDOOR is not responsible for lost or stolen inbound/return shipments.
Not that our Return for Replacement covers manufacturing defects and does not cover issues such as:
- Normal wear & tear
- Damage caused by your dog such as chewing
- After-market design modifications
- Lost or stolen product
- Damage from the elements or nature-related issues
- UV impact to fabric
- Use in the ocean or salt-water pools
